Galentine's Cheese + Charcuterie Workshop
The Gourmet Goddess is setting up at her favorite local shoppe, Toluka Paperie + Gifts, for a fun Galentine's night out.
Grab your gals and hang out with us on Thursday, February 13th, 2025 for this hands-on workshop learning how to style your own beautiful (and delicious) cheese board.
The Gourmet Goddess, Katie Sannito, has been offering her popular cheese board styling workshop since May of 2019 and has taught over 100 classes! Creating beautifully delicious boards and grazing tables are a regular part of her private event catering business and she wants to share all her favorite things about it with you.
She will take you through how to select your cheeses, how much to buy of each, the perfect cured meats and all the delicious accoutrements that will make your cheese board a thing of beauty. Then, you'll let your inner foodie loose as you style your own board to take home.

Individual cheese samples along with tasty refreshments will be available to enjoy. And as always, The Gourmet Goddess' famous truffle salt popcorn.

Class Notes
*All ingredients for each guest's cheese board will be individually packaged. There will be no open food bowls.
*Gloves will be provided for each guest to use if they wish when styling their cheese board.

Important Guidelines:
Registration: To accommodate the timing needed for gathering supplies, tickets must be purchased before February 9th.
Cancellations: We do not allow cancellations as we have committed to compensating our instructor for their time, supplies and talent. However, if you are unable to attend the workshop, let us know within 48 hours and you can either send someone else in your place or the instructor will assemble your cheese board and you can make arrangements to pick up the following day.

Cost - $95 per person (plus taxes and fees).
