Our unique blend of Guajillo, Ancho, and Arbol peppers meets bright citrus notes of lime, lemon and pineapple rounded out with garlic, onion and other spices for an authentic Mexican-style Carne Asada that’s become one of our favorite recipes. Simply combine one Carne Asada Bomb with 1 cup of citrus juice and 3-5 pounds of meat. Cook in the crock pot on low for 8-10 hours, then shred or slice and enjoy the vibrant, citrusy flavors in tacos, burritos bowls, or straight off the fork.
