Mindfulness + Journaling Workshop
Journaling and meditation have been found to be two of the top wellness tools. Research has shown that both practices can help reduce stress, cultivate gratitude and improve overall well-being.Come join us for an evening of self-care with Erin Swinson, LMHC, Mental Health Therapist and Mindfulness expert, who will share information on the benefits of these two practices, as well as tips for how to get started.We will also walk through different types of journals and journaling methods to determine which options are the best fit for you and your journaling needs, goals and habits.
Your workshop ticket includes:
- Approx. 1.5 hours of education, hands-on instruction and guided mindfulness exercises
- Small journal to take notes and practice what you've learned
- Bookmark with helpful journal prompts and resources
- 10% off all retail purchases the day of the workshop
Registration: Tickets must be purchased before September 27th.
Cancellations: We do not allow cancellations as we have committed to compensating our instructor for their time, supplies and talent. However, if you are unable to attend the workshop, let us know within 48 hours and you can either send someone else in your place or the instructor can leave your kit for pick up in the days following the workshop.
